File Your Florida Annual Reports

Florida Corporations & Limited Liability Companies (LLC’S) have you filed your 2016 Annual Report yet?
The deadline to file your Annual Report with the state of Florida is quickly approaching! ALL Florida Inc’s and LLC’s must file their Annual Report with the Department of State by May 1st. You can do so at sunbiz.org. You can also double-check that you have filed your Annual Report at sunbiz.org by searching for your business name and looking for the Annual Reports (they’re at the very bottom of the page). If you see an annual report filed for 2016, you’re in the clear!
Remember, if you do not file your Annual Report by May 1st, there will be a $400 late fee. The only exception is if your corporation or LLC was initially formed in 2016. For more information about Annual Reports, please click here.
